COVID-19 UPDATE

By now almost everyone has heard about or experienced the difficulties facing retailers, manufacturers and other suppliers due to the far-reaching effects of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

First and foremost, Printic acknowledges that while these economical concerns are important for business, they pale in comparison to the health of our staff, suppliers, customers and everyone worldwide facing this unprecedented pandemic.

We also wish to express our gratitude for those continuing to work in health and medical centres to try and mitigate the spread of infection.

As far as Printic is concerned, all operations continue as normal. Orders will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity, and we endeavour to maintain our first-class shipping and consignment for customers.

However, the issues we face will be kept updated below:

STOCK SHORTAGES

  • Raffle tickets can no longer be print on BLUE or PINK paper; these are currently unavailable Australia-wide.
  • Some promotional products (Bingo Dabbers, Bingo Cages) which are sourced from overseas will be in limited supply

HEALTH & SANITISATION

  • In accordance with Australian and worldwide guidelines for risk prevention and virus transmission, all Printic staff are regularly hand washing and all custom products are handled by a single staff member through to dispatch. This limits contact and helps prevent spread of germs.
  • All surfaces are disinfected mulitple times per day, and all customer-facing roles have been screened for virus infection.
