NSW Gaming Venue Signage

Government regulations on new signage requirements come into effect 22 July, 2021.

These gaming machine signs are:

• A4 single-sided print
• Self-adhesive film (indoor life 2 years - outdoor life 6-12 months)
• Available in 12 different design options specifically for different venues

All businesses licensed to sell liquor or manage gaming and gaming machines are required to display mandatory signage.

Depending on your venue and gaming options, the new signage must be displayed prominently in:

• Each gaming area
• Each area where TAB betting is conducted
• Each point of sale where Keno tickets and lottery tickets are sold
• Each part of the racecourse on which betting is conducted & at/near main entrance of racecourse
