REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
If you’ve landed on this page, it’s most likely because you’ve ordered an Australian made Printic product, so thank you!
However, everyone makes mistakes, and if you have purchased something incorrectly or we have sent you something that is not 100% right – then rest assured we will do everything we can to make it right.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND…
- For generic (‘off the shelf’) orders, you may cancel the order and request a refund at sales@printic.com.au or via phone on 1800 14 15 16, anytime prior to the item being shipped. If the item has already been shipped we will accept returns if the product has not been used and is returned in original condition. Return postage costs for already-shipped items are at customer’s expense.
- For custom printed orders, please phone us immediately on 1800 14 15 16. We work pretty quickly at Printic and if we have already printed your order, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect product purchase.
IF YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE EXACTLY WHAT YOU ORDERED…
- Let us know via sales@printic.com.au or phone 1800 14 15 16 what the problem is and we’ll respond within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri. 9:00am-5:00pm AEST) to help work out what went wrong and how we can fix it.
